The Smoke Times is dedicated to celebrating and exploring the rich and diverse culture of smoking. The platform serves as a captivating and informative hub for enthusiasts of cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, and everything in between. As the social media manager of The Smoke Times, my goal was to curate captivating content, foster a strong community, and promote responsible smoking practices.

  • Increased Follower Count: Successfully grew the startup's Instagram followers from 24 to 2.7k within 2 months, indicating improved brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Engagement Rate Improvement: Implemented content strategies that led to a significant increase in the engagement rate.​

  • Brand Consistency: Developed a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across all content, maintaining a consistent visual theme and tone of voice that resonated with the target audience.

  • Content Calendar Implementation: Created and adhered to a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule, which contributed to higher engagement and follower retention.

  • Analyzing and Iterating: Regularly analyzed the performance of posts, stories, and reels, identifying trends and patterns to inform future content strategies and optimize audience engagement

  • Tracking KPIs: Established key performance indicators (KPIs) for follower growth, engagement, and conversion, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
